摘　　要：目的:观察施眼针前后局部脑血流和脑代谢情况,探讨眼针治疗脑梗死疗效机理。方法:用单光子发射断层扫描(SPECT),观察30例脑梗死患者的局部脑血流量和脑的代谢能力。结果:①视觉观察和定量分析均提示眼针可改善脑梗死患者限局性缺血区的rCBF,激发脑细胞的功能活动。②中医证候评分有改善。结论:眼针疗法能够改善脑梗死患者的临床症状,其疗效机理是眼针能增加局部脑血流量。SPECT功能影像技术不但无损伤还能直观定量地反映脑部血流量及代谢情况,对研究针刺效应有较高的价值。Objective ： To See The changes of region - cerebral blood flows and the cerebral metabolism before and after ocular acupuncture. , to explore the mechanism which ocular acupuncture cured cerebral infarction. Methods ： To emloy SPECT to see the changes of region - cerebral blood flows and the ability of the cerebra metabolism in 30 patients suffering from cerebral infarction. Results： Visual observation and quantitative analysis both show that ocular acupuncture can increase the region - cerebral blood flows of the suffers with cerebral infaretion,and stimulate the function and the activity of the brain cell. It can also improve the marks of the Chinese medical symptom with the patients. Conclusion ; Ocular acupuncture can improve clinical symptom of the patients suffering from cerebral infarction; the mechanism is that ocular acupuncture could increase region - cerebral blood flows. SPECT has no damnification, and it can also directly, exactly and quantitatively shows the cerebral blood flows and the metabolism. It＇ s very valueable for the study of acupuncture＇ s effect.
