摘 要:目的:观察古方生脉散口服液对实验性高脂血症大鼠的血液流变学及抗氧化作用的影响。方法:将W istar大鼠45只随机分为对照组、高脂血症模型组(以下简称模型组)和生脉散组,喂饲法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,灌胃给药4周,测定每组大鼠血脂成分、血液流变指标和氧自由基的变化。结果:与对照组比较,模型组大鼠血中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)升高,脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量增加、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性明显降低,血液流变学异常;与模型组比较,生脉散组大鼠血浆中TC、TG值明显降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)升高,MDA含量减少,SOD及GSH-PX活性增强,血液黏度、红细胞和血小板聚集能力明显降低。结论:古方生脉散口服液能够调节高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢、改善血流状态、清除氧自由基,对高脂血症和心血管系统疾病有一定的治疗作用。Objective : To study the preventive and health effects of SHENGMAI SAN on hyperlipidemia. Methods: 45 Wistar rats were divided into three groups : control group, model group and Shengmaisan group. Wistar rats were fed respectively with standard diet, 15 weeks later, to measure serum lipid ,blood rheology and oxygen free radical in rats. Result: At the end of experiment ,the serum TC ,TG and LDL- C levels of model groups were higher than the control groups, the quality of MDA were higher, the activity of SOD and GSH - PX were lower, blood rheology were significantly changed, the serum TC and TG levels of SHENGMAI SAN group were significantly lower than the model group, HDL - C was higher, the quality of MDA were lower, the activities of SOD and GSH - PX were higher, blood viscosity, the ability of RBC and platelet aggregation were significantly lower. Conclusion: SHENGMA1 SAN can regulate hyperlipidemia rats serum lipid and lipoprotein, improve hermorrheology, clean oxygen free radical, there were preventive and health effects of Traditional SHENGMAI SAN on hyperlipidemia and cardiovascular disease.
