摘　　要：选用AIN作烧结助剂,采用热压烧结技术制备了ZrB_2+20%SiC+η%AlN陶瓷基复合材料。利用SEM等手段对其组织进行了分析,并对其力学性能和高温烧蚀性能进行了分析测试。ZrB2＋20vol%SiC＋ηvol%AiN （ZSA） composites were prepared by hot-pressing under inert gas protected with AIN as sintering aid in this paper. The relationship between sintering aid and sintering dynamics of ZrB2 based UHTCs was investigated. The microstructures of the composites were analyzed by the means SEM etc. Mechanical properties and high temperature ablation resistant properties of the composites were tested.
