摘  要:利用黄河泥沙合成O′-SiAlON/SiC复相耐火材料,着重将胶态成型工艺应用到制备过程中,即利用注浆成型工艺制备坯体,使坯体结构更均匀,同时促进最终产物的生成。探索了注浆成型中各工艺参数对坯体性能的影响,利用正交实验对注浆成型工艺参数进行了优化设计,并得到最佳工艺参数,在此工艺条件下制备的坯体密度最高(1.86 g/cm^3)。最终在较低的烧结温度下制备出O′-SiAlON/SiC复相耐火材料,该材料具有相对较高的O′-SiAlON/SiC比及较少的杂质相含量。Sand obtained from Yellow River was selected as raw materials for synthesis of O'-SiAlON/SiC multiphase refractory materials. Slip casting was introduced to prepare green compacts to attain a uniform body and promote the formation of final product. The effects of process parameters of slip casting on properties of compacts were investigated in detail. Orthogonal design was used to optimize process parameters, and optimal bulk density of 1.86 g/cm^3 was achieved in the condition. And the O'-SiA1ON/SiC multiphase ceramic with higher ratio of O'-SiAlON/SiC and less impurities was prepared at lower temperature.
