摘  要:针对石英陶瓷整流罩材料的特点,本研究选择了3种表面涂层材料。根据弥散增强机理,在涂料内添加适量的陶瓷粉体填料,用以制造不同性能的表面涂层,按照国家标准,对3种表面涂层性能进行试验和比较。结果显示:陶瓷粉体填料对涂层的硬度、附着力、耐冲击性、柔韧性和成膜性等性能具有不同的影响。Aimed at the features of the quartz-containing ceramic radome material, three kinds of surface coating materials were selected in the present investigation. Based on the dispersion strengthening mechanism, a proper quantity of ceramic powder filler was added into the coating material to prepare the surface coating with different performances, which were tested and compared according to China national standard. The results shows that the ceramic powder filler has different effects on the hardness, the bond strength, the impact resistance, the flexibility and the film formability of the coating layer.
