Effect of the Content of Al on the Properties of Reactive Flame Sprayed Al_2O_3-Based Multiphase Coatings

摘  要:以Al-CuO为主反应体系,利用反应火焰喷涂技术制备了Al_2O_3基复相涂层。测试了不同Al含量团聚粉喷涂所得涂层与基体的结合强度、显微硬度、孔隙率及耐磨损性能,分析了Al含量对反应火焰喷涂Al_2O_3基复相涂层性能的影响规律。研究发现,当团聚粉中Al过量6%(质量分数)时,涂层与基体结合强度为24.6 MPa,显微硬度5149 MPa孔隙率为10.5%,磨损量14.9 mg/h,均较Al不过量时明显提高,具有良好的综合性能。Al2O3-bsaed multiphase coatings were prepared by reactive flame spray technology with Al-CuO as main reactive system. The adhesive strength, micro-hardness, porosity and wear resistance of the coatings sprayed with the agglomerated particles containing different contents of Al were tested. It was found that when the agglomerated particles contain 6% excess Al, the adhesive strength of the coatings to substrate is 24.6 MPa, the micro-hardness is 5149 MPa, the porosity is 10.5% and the wear weight loss is 14.9 mg/h. All the properties are better than that of the coatings sprayed with agglomerated particles without excess Al.
