TiCN/Fe_3Si Composite Synthesized by In-Site Carbothermic Reduction From Tailings of Panzhihua Steel

摘  要:以攀钢选钛尾矿为主要原料,尝试采用碳热还原氮化法合成TiCN/Fe_3Si复合材料。为探明复杂体系过程反应机理,对体系中可能发生的高温反应进行了热力学分析,并采用XRD和SEM对合成产物进行表征。计算结果表明,1500℃下产物主晶相为TiC_(0.3)N_(0.7)和Fe_3Si,其中,TiC_(0.3)N_(0.7)颗粒大多呈弥散分布,平均尺寸约为5μm。Carbothermic reduction was attempted to synthesize TiCN/Fe3Si composite from ore tailings of Panzhihua Steel. in order to demonstrate the mechanism of reactions in this complex system, the reaction process was analyzed by thermodynamic methods. The phase composition and microstructure of sintered sample were characterized by XRD and SEM, respectively. The results indicated that the final phases sintered at 1500 ℃ were TiC0.3N0.7 and Fe3Si. The particles of TiC0.3N0.7 distributed uniformly, and its average size was about 5 μm.
