摘  要:采用EDTA络合溶胶-凝胶法制备出锂离子电池正极材料Li_(1-x)K_xCoO_2,对Li_(1-x)K_xCoO_2的成胶条件和形成过程进行了探讨,并分别应用XRD、SEM等技术对材料的晶相、形貌等进行了结构表征。结果表明,在焙烧温度达到700℃时能够形成单一相的Li_(0.98)K_(0.02)CoO_2,焙烧12 h制得的Li_(0.98)K_(0.02)CoO_2粉体结晶良好,层状结构发育完善。充放电实验结果表明,在焙烧温度为800℃下制得的Li_(0.98)K_(0.02)CoO_2材料具有较好的电化学性能。Cathode material Li1-xKxCoO2 was prepared by sol-gel method with EDTA as coagulant. The forming condition and process of Li1-xKxCoO2 were discussed. The crystal phase and morphology of the material were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that single phase Li1-xKxCoO2 is formed when sintering temperature is up to 700 ℃ and the crystal sintered for 12 hours has layered structure. The charge and discharge experiments show that the crystal sintered at 800 ℃ has excellent electrochemical properties.
