摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定定呋噻米注射液含量的方法。方法C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以水一甲醇.磷酸盐缓冲液(50:49:1)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为275nm。结果呋噻米在0.049~0.2921μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.94%,RSD为1.24%,n=9。结论本方法结果准确,重现性较好。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination content of furosemide injection by HPLC. METHODS C18 column was used and water-ethanol-phosphate buffer(50: 49:1 )was used as mobil phase,the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 ,the detecting wavelength was at 275nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of furosemide and peak area within a range of 0. 049 ~ 0. 292μg ,r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 98.94% with RSD = 1.24% ( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is highly repeatable and accurate.
