联合用药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨联合用药在治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者中的有效性。方法80例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者采用左氧氟沙星胶囊＋普适泰片＋坦索罗辛片口服治疗4～12周。治疗前后应用美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH—CPSI）标准予以评分，并进行统计学分析。结果多数患者症状有明显改善，78例获得随访。其中治疗前后NIH-CPSI总评分为24．8±5．24和13．41±4．18，疼痛不适评分为11．8±2．30和7．35±2．01；播尿症状评分为5．24±1．20和2．67±1．52；生活质量评分为8．74±3．05和4．35±2．17，统计学分析各项P〈0．01，临床总有效率为88．5％。结论联合用药治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎效果明显。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of combined use of drugs in treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis （CAP）. METHODS The study group included 80 cases of patients who received Pollen Etrat（Cerniton） and Tamsulosin plus levofloxacin for 4 to 12 weeks. Statistical analysis was conducted for total scores（ including pain score, urinary symptom scores, and life quality scores）according to NIH-CPSI. RESULTS The symptoms were im- proved in most cases. The total scores of all cases were 24.8 ±5.24 vs 13.41±4. 18,the pain scores were 11.8 ± 2.30 vs 7.35 ± 2. 01 ,the urinary symptoms scores were 5.24 ± 1.20 vs 2.67 ± 1.52, and the life quality scores were 8.74 ± 3.05 vs 4. 35 ± 2. 17 in before and after treatment respectively （P 〈 0.01 for each）. CONCLUSION Combined use of medines may produce obvious effects in treating CAP.
