摘　　要：丹江口大坝加高工程是在原坝的基础上进行下游贴坡混凝土和坝顶加高混凝土施工。为改善新老混凝土结合面粘结情况和传递受力情况，需要在老坝体混凝土面上切割出键槽。实际施工中采用了大功率液压圆盘踞切割加钻孔静力膨胀相结合的施工工艺．保证了键槽切割的施工质量和施工进度．又降低了施工成本。The slope protection both upstream and downstream the dam, and heightening dam should be conducted on the base of original concrete dam for DanJiangKou dam. Keyway should be cut on the original concrete in order to improve adhesive bonding and stress status. In practice, high powered hydraulic disc cutter combined with static swelling drill was adopted for construction, which ensured the quality and schedule of construction, and lowered the cost.
