摘　　要：目的:观察微波治疗对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(PS)/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CPPS)患者前列腺液(EPS)中白细胞介素8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:对50例慢性非细菌性PS患者微波治疗前后的EPS中IL-8和TNF-α水平变化进行检测,并进行WBC及前列腺症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评价。结果:IL-8和TNF-α水平治疗前后差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:微波治疗对慢性非细菌性PS患者前列腺液中IL-8和TNF-α水平有显著影响。Objective To detect the changes in IL-8 and TNF-α levels in prostatic secretions of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome patients subject to microwave treatment, Methods Fifty chronic prostatitis patients received microwave treatment for 2 h. before and after treatment, the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α were detected by ELISA, and WBC in prostatic secretions and NIH-CPSI were assessed. Results Microwave treatment was prominenced discrepancy in levels of IL-8 and TNF-α（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Microwave treatment has prominenced effects on the levels of cytokines such as IL-8 and TNF-α in prostatic secretions of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
