摘　　要：目的通过对护理操作项目的成本进行测算,探讨降低护理成本的途径。方法测算出部分护理操作的成本,计算各成本要素的构成比例,并对不同职称人员完成护理操作的成本进行测算。结果人力成本是控制护理成本的重要途径;降低材料费用是降低护理成本的另一重要途径;管理成本是控制护理成本的重要内容。Objective To estimate the costs of nursing service items,so as to search for ways to reduce nursing cost. Methods The cost of each nursing service item was estimated and the proportions of each item were calculated. The costs of nursing service by nurses of different technical titles were also calculated. Results and Conclusion We found that human cost was an important part of the nursing cost; material cost control was another way to control the costs;and management cost was also an important component of nursing costs.
