摘  要:在碱的存在下,以氯乙酸钠为醚化试剂,微波法制备了羧甲基菊粉。考察了醚化时间、碱化时间、溶剂体积分数、溶剂用量、碱用量以及溶剂种类对取代度的影响。当菊粉用量为2.7g,氯乙酸钠用量为1.7g,反应条件为微波炉功率90W碱化2.5min,醚化30min,碱用量0.4g,反应溶剂为2mL体积分数为90%的异丙醇时,产品取代度达0.51。The carboxymethylinulin (CMI) was prepared via reaction of inulin with sodium chloroacetate as etherification agent in presence of alkali using microwave method. The effects of etherification time, alkalization time, solvent volume fraction, amount of solvent used, the dosage of NaOH and the kinds of solvents on the degree of substitution (DS) of CMI were investigated. The suitable reaction conditions were as follows: alkalization time 2.5min, etherification time 30min, NaOH 0.4g, isopropyl alcohol solution ( φ ( isopropyl alcohol) = 90% ) 2mL, the power of microwave oven was 90W and the dosage of inulin and sodium chloroacetate were 2.7g and 1.7g. Under these conditions, the DS of CMI reached 0.51.
