摘　　要：农民政治平等权是指农民作为公民在政治生活方面所享有的与其他公民同等的权利,其实质是农民立基于公民身份而享有的在政治方面受到平等对待的权利。现实中,农民的政治平等权是极不充分的。应当立基于宪法角度采取措施保护农民的政治平等权,真正把农民当作公民来看待,尊重农民作为公民的基本权利,实现农民到公民这一"从身份到契约"的根本转变。The farmer＇s right to political equality means that as a citizen, farmers enjoy the same rights ＇like other citizens in the political aspects. The essence of this right of farmers is that the farmers should be treated equally in political aspects based on citizenship. In the actual life, the farmer＇s political right is inadequate. The measures should be taken from the perspective of constitution to protect the farmer＇s right to political equality, to treat farmerd as the real citizend, to respect the basic right of the farmers as the citizens in order to realize the fundamental transition from the farmers to citizens which means ＂from status to contract＂.
