摘 要:通过田间及盆栽试验结果表明,棉花枯萎病菌抑菌性土壤施入不同形式的有机肥后,抑菌性发生了变化。施入马粪后,抑菌性被削弱,枯萎病菌增殖加快,棉花枯萎病发病率与导菌土相当,而施入棉子饼及豆饼之后,则抑菌性增强,抑菌效果增加,尖胞镰刀菌萎蔫专化型的增殖受到抑制。The effect of some organic fertilizer on soil suppression of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum was made by pot and field plot experiment during 1992 ̄1995. When introducing some organic fertilizer to suppressive soil, the suppression were altered. After amendment of the horse manure into suppressive soil, the population of Fusarium oxysporum[WT5BZ] f.sp. vasinfectum increased by 44.8%, while the population of nonpathogenic Fusarium decreased. After amendment of cotton seed cake and bean cake into suppressive soil, the population of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum decreased, and the population of nonpathogenic Fusarium and fluorescens Pseudomonas increased. Amendment of horse manure into suppressive soil resulted in the disappearing of suppressive efficacy. Amendment of cotton seed cake and bean cake could promote the suppressive efficacy greatly.
