酯酶同工酶技术在选育Bt新菌株中的应用

摘　　要：研究了苏云金杆菌亲本菌株及通过原生质体融合而获得的融合子的酯酶同工酶谱，通过比较分析，融合子的酯酶同工酶谱较之亲本菌株有显著变化。The esterase isoenzyme patterns of the parental strains of Bt and the fusants obtained by protoplast fusion have been studied. Compared with parental strains, the esterase isoenzyme patterns of fusants changed much more obviously, showing that esterase isoenzyme can act as the genetic marker to assess fusants.
