摘　　要：针对ISO/TS16949标准7.5.1.1条款的要求,汽车配套供应商应制定控制计划。阐述了生产厂家在实际项目中应如何制定控制计划和制定控制计划的三个阶段。In view of the stipulation of item 7.5.1.1 in ISO/TS 16949 standard, suppliers of auto corollary equipment are demanded to establish control plan. It was expounded to manufacurers how to establish control plan in practical project, together with its three steps.
