摘　　要：网络环境下的参考咨询服务,具有信息源多样化,以及服务知识化、网络化、个性化、精品化等特点,有三种层次的服务。应大力开展数字化参考服务、个性化信息定制与推送服务、合作咨询服务、知识服务和知识导航服务等。Reference services in the networked environment have the characteristics of diversity of information sources, knowledge service, networking, personalizafion, ele. There are services at three levels. The author suggests developing digitized reference services, personalized information customization and push services, cooperative reference services, knowledge services and knowledge navigation. 4 refs.
