摘　　要：当前我国发展农业经济所面临的最为突出的问题就是资金问题。而目前我国农村金融机构提供的农业信贷资金与农业经济发展的资金需求之间在总量、结构、期限和价格等方面都存在着较大的矛盾。因此必须合理化解矛盾,促进农业经济增长。The most striking problem which our country develop agricultural economy currently is the problem of fund. Therefore the great contradiction is existed between the agricultural credit capital which is supplied by the rural financial institutions and the needs of capital which develop the rural economy in sum total, structure, deadline and price etc. The conflict must be transformed reasonably to promote the rural economic growth.
