摘　　要：对楼中楼的起源及定义进行了介绍,阐述了跃层式住宅、复式楼住宅和错层式住宅等几种楼中楼的存在形式及特点,指出住宅的功能不仅要满足栖身需要,还需要满足人们更深层次的生理和心理需求,充分体现以人为本的精神,对今后住宅设计的探索具有一定的参考价值。The article introduces the origin and definition of double-story house, illustrates the existing form and characteristics of several dou- ble-story house as leap-story house, compound house and staggered house, points out that the functions of residential buildings should not only satisfy people＇ s demand of shelter but also satisfy their physical and psychological demands and fully embody human-oriented spirit, which has certain referential values for the design of residential buildings in the future.
