摘　　要：以系统的观点,用统筹的方法,结合工程实际情况分析、探索项目质量、成本和工期三大目标之间的关系与实现,以认真处理好三者的关系,从而实现建设项目造价省、工期短、质量高的最终目标。The article probes into the relationship and implementation of project quality, cost and construction period combined with practical engineering using systematical view and overall planning method, in order to seriously treat the relationship among the three and achieve the objects of saving construction cost, short construction period and high quality.
