摘 要:[目的]为了探讨野菊花总黄酮的最佳提取方法及其工艺条件。[方法]以贵州产野菊花为原料,采取沸水提取及乙醇浸提L9(34)正交试验法,确定各方法对野菊花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。[结果]沸水提取法的影响因素依次为:提取温度>提取次数>加水量(固液比)>提取时间。.沸水提取法最优水平组合为100℃温度、提取2次、加水量(固液比)10倍、每次1h,提取率3.15%。乙醇提取法的影响因素依次为:乙醇浓度>提取温度>提取时间>提取次数。乙醇提取法最优水平组合为60%乙醇、80℃温度、每次3h、提取3次,提取率5.98%。[结论]乙醇提取法的野菊花总黄酮提取量较高,其提取率是沸水提取法的1.9倍。[Objective] The study aimed to ascertain the optimum extraction method and its technical conditions for total flavonoids of chrysanthemum indicum. [Method] With Chrysanthemum indicun in Guizhou as materials, the optimum extraction technical conditions of total flavonoids of chrysanthemum indicum were ascertained by L9 (34) orthogonal experiment on extracting with boiling water and ethanol. [Result] The influencing factors on boiling water extraction were: extraction temperature 〉 extraction times 〉 solid-liquid ratio 〉 extraction time and the optimum level combination for boiling water extraction method was extracting at the temperature of 100℃ for 1 h per time and twice, with solid-liquid ratio at 1:10 and the extraction rate was 3.15 %. The influencing factors on ethanol extraction were: ethanol concentration 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction time 〉 extraction times and the optimum level combination for ethanol extraction was extracting at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 3 h per time and three times, with ethanol concentration at 60 % and the extraction rate was 5.98 %. [Conclusion] The extraction rate of total flavonoids of Chrysanthemum indicum by ethanol extraction was 1.9 times higher than that by boiling water extraction.
