摘 要:[目的]比较新疆不同年代棉花品种光合特性与干物质积累的差异。[方法]以新疆不同年代的4个棉花主栽品种(kk-1543、新陆早1号、新陆早8号和新陆早13号)为研究材料,研究各棉花品种在盛花期、盛铃期和始絮期的光合特性与干物质积累的变化规律。[结果]早期品种kk-1543在盛花期具有明显光合优势,而现在品种新陆早13号在盛铃期和始絮期具有明显的光合优势。3个时期中,新陆早13号的单叶日平均光合速率较高,新陆早1号较低。从苗期至初花期4个品种的干物质积累速度为:kk-1543>新陆早13号>新陆早8号>新陆早1号。各品种的经济系数次序为:新陆早13号>新陆早8号>kk-1543>新陆早1号。[结论]近期品种和现在品种在盛铃期和始絮期光合速率较高,是其早熟不早衰及皮棉产量较高的原因之一。[Objective] The aim of the research was to compare the differences of photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter accumulation of cotton varieties in different ages in Xinjiang. [Method] Taking 4 cotton varieties (kk-1543, Xinluzao1, Xinluzao8 and Xinluzao13) that mainly cultured in Xinjiang in different ages as research materials, the change laws of photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter accumulation of each cotton varieties in florescence, full boll stage and initial boll-opening stage were studied. [Result] The Forepart variety kk-1543 had obvious photosynthetic advantage in florescence and the present variety Xinluzao 13 had obvious photosynthetic advantage in full boll stage and initial boll-opening stage. During 3 stages, average daily photosynthetic rate per leaf of Xinluzao13 was higher and that of Xinluzao1 was lower. From seedling stage to first florescence, dry matter accumulation rates of 4 varieties were as follows: kk-1543 〉 Xinluzao 13 〉 Xinluzao 8 〉 Xinluzao 1. The order of economic coefficients of each variety was Xinluzao 13〉Xinluzao 8〉kk-154〉Xinluzao 1.[Conclusion] The photosynthetic rates of recent variety and present variety were higher in full boll stage and initial boll-opening stage, which was one of reasons that the varieties were premature, but not premature senescence and had higher yield of ginned cotton.
