摘　　要：从农业科技成果转化的构成要素入手,介绍了甘肃省农业科技成果转化的主要成绩与经验,对甘肃省农业科技成果转化中的问题进行了分析,并提出了相关的对策。The transformation rate of the science and technology achievements was low in Gansu Province. For the sake of improving the market competitive ability of the agriculture, attentions should be paid to the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements. Starting with the structural elements of the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements, problems in the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements in Gansu Province was analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
