摘　　要：[目的]抗稻瘟病育种是湖北省恩施自治州育种工作者的主攻目标,介绍优质抗稻瘟病中籼迟熟恢复系恩恢58的选育与应用。[方法]介绍恩恢58的选育经过、特征特性、组合表现及制种技术要点。[结果]恩恢58是湖北省恩施自治州农业科学院用强优恢复系明恢63作母本,抗稻瘟病恢复系密阳46作父本杂交选育而成的中籼迟熟恢复系。该恢复系具有米质优、抗稻瘟病、恢复力强、配合力高、花粉量足、花时较集中和株叶型好等特点。组合表现优异。制种要合理安排父母本播差期,培育壮秧;确定好父母本行比,科学管理肥水。[结论]恩恢58为抗稻瘟病品种,推广价值高,已成为湖北省水稻主推水稻品种之一。[Objective] The research aimed to introduce the breeding and application of late restorer line Enhui 58 of medium indica hybrid rice with resistance to rice blast.[Method] The breeding process,characteristics,combinations performance and seed-producing technology essentials of Enhui 58 were introduced.[Result] Enhui 58 was a late restorer line of medium indica rice that was bred in cross between of a strong and good restorer line Minghui 63（as maternal parent） and a restorer line Miyang 46 with resistance to rice blast（as paternal parent） by Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province.This restorer line had characteristics such as good rice quality,resistant to rice blast,strong resilience,high combining ability,enough pollen amount,more concentrated flowering time and good leaf and plant types.Combinations performed excellent.Seed production should deal with sowing gap stage between maternal and paternal parent,cultivate strong seedlings,confirm row ratio between maternal and paternal parents and manage fertilizer and water scientifically.[Conclusion] Enhui 58 was a kind of rice variety with resistance to rice blast and had high extension value,which had became one of main rice varieties in Hubei Province.
