摘 要:[目的]探讨陕北白绒山羊群体的遗传特性,为陕北白绒山羊的选育提高和分子标记辅助选择等提供理论和试验依据。[方法]利用PCR-SSCP技术分析253只陕北白绒山羊H-FABP基因多态性及其与生长和胴体性状的关系。[结果]结果表明:该座位存在两个突变位点(G→A和T→C),且该群体处于Hardy-Weinberg非平衡状态;H-FABP基因的AA型和CC型个体的周岁重差异在0.05水平显著,AA型和BB型个体的体斜长差异达0.05显著水平,其AA型与BB型、CC型个体的眼肌面积差异均在0.05水平显著,其他性状在不同基因型间均不存在差异;此外,断奶重、周岁重、胸围和眼肌面积4项指标均表现为AA>BB>CC,出生重表现为AA>CC>BB。[结论]H-FABP基因可作为陕北白绒山羊生长及胴体性状的候选基因和绒山羊肉用性能的分子标记。PCR-SSCP technique was used to analyze the polymorphisms of the H-FABP gene in Northern Shaanxi White Cashmere Goat.The results showed that there were two mutations in these fragments(G→A and T→C) and the population was not at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.There was significant difference between the genotype of AA and CC for the yearling weight while there was significant difference between the genotype of AA and BB for the body length in the Northern Shaanxi White Cashmere Goat.There was significant difference between the genotype of AA and BB as well as between the genotype of AA and CC for the loin eye area.The trend of "AA〉BB〉CC" was noted for four traits of weaning weight,yearling weight,heart girth and loin eye area while the trend of "AA〉CC〉BB" was noted for the birth weight.It suggested that H-FABP gene may be a candidate gene for growth and carcass traits in Northern Shaanxi White Cashmere Goat and its polymorphism could be used as the molecular marker in Cashmere goat breeding for meat traits.
