摘　　要：[目的]研究猪圆环病毒2型ORF2的基因克隆及其在E.coli中的融合表达。[方法]参照猪圆环病毒2型ORF2序列设计引物,应用PCR技术扩增出猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒河南株ORF2的部分基因。将其同IL-2的全基因一起连接PBV220载体并转化到E.coliJM109。阳性菌用温度诱导表达,表达产物经SDS-PAGE和Western-blot分析。[结果]结果表明,ORF2基因同IL-2的全基因在E.coli中得到了高效表达,表达的融合蛋白分子量为44 kD,可以被猪PCV2阳性血清特异性识别。[结论]该研究为PCV2的检测和疫苗的研制以及综合防制奠定了基础。The objective of the study is to explore the diagnosis and Treatment methods of calf umbilical hernia.The paper has summarized the diagnosis and Treatment methods of calf umbilical hernia in clinic features,differential diagnosis and treatment measures.The clinic features of calf umbilical hernia showed local hemispherical swelling,which was easy for differential diagnosis.However,attention should be given to umbilicus lymphoid hyperplasias,Lymph exosmosis,Cellulitis,and tumor.The treatment measures might be non-surgical method（conservative method） and surgical method.When calf has umbilical hernia,it should have timely treatment.The finding of the study is worth to be extended clinically in veterinary medicine.
