摘 要:哮喘大鼠气管微循环中白细胞粘附的活体观察/苗会,胡清华,薛全福,等/北京中日友好临床医学研究所,北京100029为探讨白细胞与血管内皮细胞粘附在哮喘大鼠炎症细胞浸润中的作用,在体观察哮喘大鼠气管微循环中白细胞与细动静脉内皮细胞的粘附。结果表明:(1)...In order to investigate the effect of leukocyte adherence on inflammatory cell infiltration in asthmatic rats. An animal model of asthma is developed, using Wistar rats. The leukocyte adhered to tracheal venular endothelium was assessed by in vivo microscopic observation. The results showed that the number of leukocytes adhered to tracheal venular endothelium increased significantly in asthmatic rats, as compared with those of controls. The smaller of diameter observed was, the more of adherent leukocytes per area of endothelium was. There was no adhered leukocytes on the endothelium of tracheal arterioles. It is concluted that the increase of leukocyte adhered to venular endothelium is pivotal in inflammatory cell infiltration in asthmatic rats.
