溶脲型脲原体感染与自然流产关系研究

摘　　要：本文应用聚合酶链反应（PCR）检测自然流产患者组织中溶脲型脲原体（Ureaplasmaurealytlicum，UU），所用引物是按UU尿素酶基因序列设计的，扩增片段为283bp。66例自然流产患者和30例正常人工流产患者作了UU－DNA检测，其阳性率分别为45．5％和13．3％，两者比较P＜0．005。关于流产次数与UU感染的关系，自然流产1、2、3、4次患者UU阳性率分别为30．2％、66．7％、83．3％和100％，与对照组比较，自然流产2次以上，P＜0．005。结果表明UU感染是引起自然流产的重要因素，并且与流产次数密切相关。Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) is human genital mycoplasma of clinical importance. The present study was conducted to confirm as associatioin between ureaplasma infection and spontaneous abortions.In order to improve the diagnosis of ureaplasma infection, we developed a PCR bases method of detecting UU-DNA. Oligonecleotides derived from variable stretches of the urease gene were able to prime the ampllification of a 283bp frangment exclusively when UU-DNA was used as the template. A total of 66 embryonic tissue samples obtained from patients with spontaneous abortion and 30 samples of normal artificial abortion (control group) were investigated for the presence of UU-DNA.The overllar positive rate of patients with spontaneous abortion and artificial abortion was 45.4% (30/66) and 13. 3% (4/30), respectively. This difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.005 ). Further analysis related,that the prevalence of UU in patients with one (30. 2%, 13/43 ) spontaneous abortion did not differ from the control (P>0.05), while significant increases over the control group in the occurrence of UU were observed in patients with histories of two (66.7%, 10/15), or three (8.3%, 5/6), or four (100%, 2/2 ) spontaneous abortion.The results were indicated that the relation between ureaplasma infection and incidince of≥2 spontaneous abortion (p<0.005).
