摘 要:本文用改良酶学法对40例宫内窘迫及出生时窒息的新生儿脐血浆次黄嘌呤水平进行了测定,同时作血气分析和Apgar评分。以40例同期出生的正常新生儿为对照。结果显示:缺氧组新生儿血浆Nx和PCO_2明显高于对照组,而pH、PO_2、氧含量(O_2CT0)、HCO_3-明显低于对照组。Hx与PCO_2呈正相关;与pH、PO_2、HCO_3、O_2CT呈负相关;与Apgar评分呈负相关。表明Hx能客观、准确的反映组织细胞缺氧、酸中毒及能量代谢的状况。Hypoxanthine (Hx )、 blood gas、 electrolytes and clinic manifestation were studied in 40 cases of fetal distress and asphysia newborn. 40 normal newborn infants were used as contrals. The results showed that Hx and Pco_2 values in the hypoxia group (n=40) exceeded those in normal contral group (n=40), PH、 Po_2,、O_2CT、 HCO_3- were lower than that of normal contral group. Hx value ws correlated positively with those of Po_2, and negatively correlated to those of pH、Po_2、 HCO_3-、O_2CT,Hx value was negative correlated with Apgar score and serum Na^+ 、Ca^(2+). Hx value was correlated with serum K^+. These results suggests that plasma Hx levels can be used as an indicalor of cell hypoxia,acidosis and energy metabolism condition for the fetal distress and asphysia newborn in perinatal period.
