摘 要:本文应用日本产MinoDopplerES-100X仪多普勒频率为2KHz,电源6V,探头为8.2MHz,对14例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)及肺炎恢复期患者8例(对照组)检测了左颈动脉血流动速度。结果表明,14例HIE颈动脉平均血流速度为11.2cm/sec,对照组8例新生儿为13.0cm/sec,t=2.40,P<0.05。轻度HIE患者颈动脉血流速度为15.6cm/sec,中、重度为10.4cm/sec,P<0.05。笔者认为HIE为全年性疾病,脑血流速度均有改变,检测颈动脉血流速度,即可估计脑动脉血流速度。We have detected the blood velocity of left carotid artery in 14 cases of neonate HIE and in 8 cases of convalescent neonate pneumonia as control group. The detecting instrument is the Japanese Mino Doppler ES-100X, its frenquency is 2KHz,Power source is 6V, sensor is 8. 2 MHz. The results show that the average of carotid velocity is 11. 2cm/sec in 14 cases of HIE and 13.0cm/sec in 8 cases of control group (t= 2.40, P<0. 05).The carotid velocity is 15. 6 cm/sec in mild HIE,10. 4 cm/sec in severe HIE respectively (P<0.05). We consider that HIE is a systemic disease and blood velocity of whole body is also changed.We can estimate blood velocity of cerebral artery by detecting blood velocity of carotid artery.
