摘　　要：通过双圆弧齿轮的几何参数对跑合性能的影响分析,在保证等强度的前提下,优化选择齿形参数,在封闭式功率流试验台上进行了本设计齿形与GB/T12759-1991齿形的对比实验,该实验结果充分证明了本设计齿形的跑合性能优于GB/T12759-1991齿形。By analysis to influence of profile parameters of double arc gear to running-in properties, the paper selected optimal parameters of tooth profile on condition that strength was guaranteed, made experiment for comparing the tooth profile of double arc gear with that of gear as GB/ T12759-1991 on power circulating testing table. The result showed that the double arc gear was superior to gear as GB/ T12759-1991 on tooth profile.
