摘　　要：在原有设备原型更新模型的基础上,综合考虑资金时间价值和折旧减税因素的影响,构建了一个设备原型更新的新模型,能更科学地确定矿山机械设备原型更新的最佳时机。On the basis of original model for updating equipment prototype, the paper generally considered ratio of time to capital, depreciation and tax reduction factors, established a new model for updating equip- ment prototype, thus the optimal opportunity for updating prototype of mining machinery equipment could be determined more scientifically.
