摘　　要：经济法院是俄罗斯等国家设置较为普遍的一类法院,我国经济法学界对其尚未关注,但经济法院的设置、受案范围以及公法性案件的管辖等规定,以及国际层面的经济法院的一些做法,都同经济法的理论研究和制度建设密切相关,对我国经济法的理论完善和司法体制改革有一定的借鉴意义。Economic Court is one kind of courts widely set in countries like Russia, which has got little attention by Chinese scholars of economic law. Many topics are closely related to the theoretic research and institution construction of economic law, such as the setup procedure of economic courts, the jurisdiction of economic courts especially on public law cases, and the legal practice of economic courts at international level. Exploring on these topics is helpful for the improvement of economic law theory and reform of China＇s judicial system.
