摘  要:目的研究D101大孔树脂纯化扁蓄总黄酮的工艺。方法采用静态与动态的吸附-解吸两种方法,用紫外分光光度法测定扁蓄总黄酮的含量对工艺进行评价。结果药液浓度为(总黄酮浓度0.533mg/mL),上样量为10mL,以1mL/min的吸附速度进行吸附,50mL40%乙醇以1mL/min的速度进行洗脱效果最佳,扁蓄总黄酮的含量达57.65%。结论该方法分离效果好,且简单可行。Objective This paper has studied the technology of the purified tota flavones of Polygonum aviculare L.of macroreticular resin. Methods Static and dynamic adsoption-desorption methods were adopted,and the content of totaL fLavones of Polygonum aviculare L.was tested by UV spectrophotometer,its technology being assessed as well. Results The density of total fLavones of 0.533mg per mL and the volume of drug of 10m,with the adsorption-power of 1mL/min,ethanol with 50mL 40% followed by desorption-power 1mL/min could come up to best effect.The content of total flavones from Polygonum aviculare L.could reach 57.65%. Conclusions This method is simple and feasible with good effect on separation.
