摘  要:描述用乙酸α—生育酚作内标剂同时测定血清视黄醇和α—生育酚的高效液相色谱法。视黄醇、α—生育酚和内标剂的相对保留时间分别为2.60、5.56和7.14分钟,峰形锐利、对称。方法的回收率视黄醇平均97.2%,α—生育酚为95.6%。方法的精密度:视黄醇批内CV2.0—4.2%(=1.41—3.99μmol/L),批间 CV5.3%(=1.50μmol/L);α—生育酚批内和批间 CV 分别为0.4~2.4%(=15.2—50.4μmol/L)及3.9%(=15.4μmol/L)。视黄醇和α—生育酚的线性范围分别为0.44—6.98和3.86—6.166μmol/L。用本法测得正常人血清视黄醇浓度男性为2.33±0.58μmol/L,女性为1.62±0.38μmol/L;血清α—生育酚男性为16.32±4.81μmol/L,女性为14.70±4.27μmol/L。A method was described for determining retinol and α—tocopherol simutaneously in serum.by high-performance liquid chromatography with tocopherol acetate as internal standard.The relative retention time of retinol,α—tocopherol and tocopherol actate was 2.60,5.66 and 7.14min respectively.The analytical recovery of this method was 97.2% for retinol and 95.6% for α—tocopherol.The within-run CVs were 2.0~4.2% for retinol.(x=1.41~3.99μmol/L)and 0.4~2.4% for α—tocopherol (=15.21~61.66umol/L).between-run CV was 5.3% for retinol(=1.5oμmol/L)and 3.9% for α—tocopherol(=15.53μmol/L).The method was linear between 0.44 to 6. 98μmol/L for retinol and between 3.86 to 61.66μmol/L for α—tocopherol.The concentrations of seurm retinal determined by the method were 2.33±0.58μmol/L in males and 162±0.38μmol/L in females;and those of α—tocopherol were 16.32± 4.81μmol/L in males and 14.70±4.27μmol/L in females.
