摘  要:单组分湿固化聚氨酯密封胶因性能优越应用十分广泛,其中聚氨酯密封胶预聚体的好坏直接决定聚氨酯密封胶的性能,是研制聚氨酯密封胶中非常重要的部分。介绍了单组分湿固化聚氨酯密封胶预聚体的合成工艺,确定了反应物的配比,并对反应用催化剂,反应温度,反应时间等条件进行了考察。结果表明,采用聚醚混合物与异氰酸酯的配比为4:1,NCO的百分含量为3%~3.5%,催化剂的用量为0.1%,温度为80±2℃的条件下,反应4h得到的预聚体具有良好的性能。One - component moisture - curing polyurethane sealant is widely utilized for its excellent properties. The properties of polyurethane seal- ant are determined by its prepolymers. So the prepolymers of polyurethane sealant are one of the most important parts of polyurethane sealant. Synthesis technology of prepolymers of one- component moisture- curing polyurethane sealant is presented, the appropriate proportion of reaction materials is confinned. And the reaction temperature, the amount of catalyst and the reaction time are investigated. The results show that when the appropriate proportion of polyether compound and aromatic diisocyanate is 4 : 1, NCO content is 3 % - 3.5 %, catalyst content is 0.1%, the reaction temperature is 80 ± 2 ℃, the prepolymers with excellent properties is obtained after 4 hours reaction.
