摘 要:采用直接掺杂法制备了无机纳米粉体改性亚胺环氧胶黏剂,探讨了纳米粉体的种类和用量对胶黏剂性能的影响。结果表明:进口Al2O3纳米粉体对胶黏剂的改性效果较好。Al2O3含量在10%左右时室温下的剪切强度达到最大值(约32MPa),提高了约30%;Al2O3含量在14%左右时200℃下的剪切强度达到最大值(18.5MPa),提高了约1.5倍;但引入纳米Al2O3并不能提高胶黏剂的耐热性和耐油性。The doping method has been used to prepare the epoxy - imide adhesives modified by inorganic nanopowder, the effects of species and content of the nanopowder on the properties of the adhesives have been studied. The results show that the import nano - Al2O3 is better for modification of the adhesives. Maximum shear strength at room temperature (32MPa) has been obtained when the Al2O3 content is about 10%, which is 30% higher than that of pure resin. Maximum shear strength at 200℃ (18.5MPa) has been gained when the Al2O3 content is about 14% , which is 1.5 times higher than that of the pure resin. However the heat and oil resistance of the adhesive are not improved by introducing nano - Al2O3.
