摘  要:以聚醚二醇、二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为基本原料制备了一种稳定的聚醚型阴离子水性聚氨酯胶黏剂。探讨了通过改变NCO/OH的摩尔(R)比例,交联剂三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)及DMPA含量对乳液性能、贮存稳定性、体系力学性能、耐水性和粘接性的影响。结果表明:随着R值的增加乳液的性能变差;随着COOH%的增加,胶膜的吸水性逐渐增大,但吸水性随着R值或交联剂用量增加而减小;R值或COOH%发生变化,T剥离强度也跟着发生变化;交联剂能提高剥离强度,含量为0.81%为最佳。所以当NCO/OH=2.5、COOH%=1.28-1.55、TMP%=0.81-1.63时,合成的水性聚氨酯胶黏剂样品性能最佳。A stable polyether anionic waterborne polyurethane adhesive was prepared with polyether did, diisocyanate and dimethylol propionie acid (DM- PA) as raw materials. The effect of the content of trimethylol propane (TMP) and DMPA, and the molar ratio ( R ) of NCO to OH on emulsion properties, storage stability, water- resistance, and adhesive strength of water- borne polyurethane were discussed. The results showed that the emulsion properties became worse with the rising R value; with increasing COOH%, the water absorption gradually increased, but decreased with the rising R value, or content of crosslinking agent; T-type peel strength was changed with the change of the COOH% and R value respectively. The crosslinking agent could improve the T -type peel strength and its optimal content was 0.81%. So when the content of TMP and COOH% was 0.81 - 1.63and 1.28 - 1.55respectively, and the ratio of NCO to OH was 2.5, the water -borne polyurethane adhesive prepared had excellent property.
