摘 要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合技术合成了一种高性能醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸共聚乳液(简称醋丙乳液),并通过加入改性单体和改变工艺以提高乳液性能。主要研究了聚合过程中引发剂用量与其浓度的关系以及引发剂干量与反应温度的关系和改性单体、丙烯酸的加入量、单体加料顺序等因素对产品性能的影响。研究结果表明,改性单体的量为1.5%,丙烯酸的量为2%-2.5%,单体加料顺序为先硬后软时,乳液的综合性能优异。A high performance vinyl acetate/acrylate emulsion was synthesized by means of semi - continuous seed emulsion polymerization. And the performance of emulsion was improved by adding modifier and changing technology. Effects of the amount of AA and modifier, the adding sequence of monomers in the process of copolymerization on product performance were studied as well as the relationship between the amount of the initiator and its concentration and the relationship between reaction temperature and the net quantity of the initiator. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the emulsion proved to be excellent when the amount of modifier and AA was 1.5% and 2% - 2.5% respectively, the adding sequence of monomers was first hard then soft.
