摘　　要：综述了手术室护士职业倦怠原因包括手术对护士身体的直接危害、潜在危害以及对心理的危害,并针对原因阐述了对策。It summarized the causes of job burnout of nurses in operation room including direct physical harm, Potential harm of operation, and nurses＇ psychological health. And it expatiated some corresponding strategies toward these causes.
