电子加温器对延长静脉输注甘露醇的血管使用时间研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨电子加温器对延长输注甘露醇的静脉血管使用时间的影响。[方法]选择需要静脉输注甘露醇的病人双侧上肢血管进行自身对照,比较两组血管使用时间长短。[结果]观察组输注甘露醇的静脉血管使用时间明显长于对照组,病人主观不适感受和静脉炎发生率均显著低于对照组。[结论]应用电子加温器延长静脉输注甘露醇的血管使用时间是临床上简便易行的方法。Objective： To probe into the influence of electronic warmer on using time of vein of patients undergoing mannitol transfusion. Methods： One side vein of upper extremity of patients who need intravenous drip of mannitol were selected and the other side vein of upper extremity as selfcontrol. Then using time of Up- per extremity vein of the two groups patients was compared with each Other. Resuits： In observation group the using time of vein of transfusion mannitol of Patients was much longer than that in control group. And the subjective uncomfortable feeling of patients and incidence of phlebitis were remarkably lower than that in control group. Conclusion： It is a simple and feasible way in clinic to apply electronic warmer to prolong the using time of vein for patients undergoing mannitol transfusion.
