摘  要:以PVC、SBS、CPE作为共混组分,采用不同的填充体系,与其他助剂进行共混改性,得到了共混弹性材料。研究了不同共混填充体系物理与力学性能以及分散状态。研究表明,PVC/SBS/CPE三元体系的冲击强度随着SBS的增加而增大,当SBS为6份时,综合性能最佳;随着填料加入量的变化,三元体系的力学性能有一定的变化;CPE对PVC与SBS共混体系有很好的增容作用,CPE与SBS在一定组成范围内对PVC增韧具有协同效应,大幅度提高共混物的抗冲击性能。Blended elastic material was obtained with components as PVC,SBS,CPE and different fillers blended with other aids for modification, Physical and mechanical properties and dispersion state of different blending and filling systems were studied, Testing results showed that impact strength of PVC/SBS/CPE ternary system increased with increase of SBS content, Comprehensive performance of the system proved to be best at 6% of SBS content, Mechanical performance of the ternary system varied to a certain extent with change of addition of filler. CPE exerted good enhancement of compatibility with blended PVC/SBS, CPE and SBS exerted coordination effects on PVC toughening in a range of certain organization, greatly enhancing impact resistance of the blended.
