摘  要:用廉价的草浆碱木素和萘等为原料合成新型萘系减水剂。通过正交实验,确定合成新型萘系减水剂的适宜工艺条件为:β-萘磺酸与草浆碱木素的质量比2∶1~3∶1;缩合时间3.0~3.5h;温度101~105℃;最佳掺量为0.9%。其中最主要的影响因素为β-萘磺酸与草浆碱木素的质量比。该减水剂具有萘系和木素磺酸盐系减水剂各自的优点:减水率高,坍落度损失少,合成成本低。A new type of naphthalene-based superplasticizer was synthsized with lingo-grass paste and naphthalene. Orthogonal tests determined the suitable processing conditions for synthesis of new naphthalene-based superplasticizer to be as follows: mass ratio of β -naphthalene sulfonic acid to lingo-grass paste was 2 : 1-3 : 1; condensation time 3.0-3.5h; condensation temperature 101-105℃; optimum addition 0.9% of which the first ranked the most principal influencing factor. This superplasticizer incorporated both merits of naphthalene-based and lingo sulfonated-based superplasticizers: such as high water reduction, less slump loss and low cost for synthesis.
