三聚氰胺高效减水剂的合成及应用效果的研究

摘　　要：用尿素部分取代昂贵的三聚氰胺研制了三聚氰胺高效减水剂,并通过正交法得出制备该减水剂的较佳合成工艺参数。该减水剂对水泥净浆及混凝土均具有较高的减水效率,并能明显提高混凝土的强度尤其是早期强度。Melamine high range water reducing agent was developed with urea in partial substitution of expensive melamine, Superior technological parameters for synthesis of the water reducer were obtained by means of orthogonal tests. This water reducer exerted high water reduction effects on both cement paste and concrete and couldn markedly enhance strength of concrete, early strength in particular.
