摘 要:收集了中国86个地区4870例健康成年女性的低切全血比粘度正常参考值,并对其与海拔高度、纬度、年均相对湿度、年均气温、年降水量等5项地理因素之间的关系进行了研究,发现海拔高度是影响女性低切全血比粘度正常参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的增大,女性低切全血比粘度正常参考值也逐渐增大.运用数学回归的方法,推导出了5个一元回归方程和1个多元回归方程,如果知道了中国某地的地理因素。In order to supply a basis for uniting the normal index value of Chinese female whole blood contrast viscosity of the low shear rate, a comparison is made between the normal values of 4870 examples of healthy female whole blood contrast viscosity of the low shear rate and five geographic factors in China′s 86 areas, which are determined with capillary viscosimeter made by Shanghai Medical University. It is found that elevation is the main factor affecting the normal index value of femal whole blood contrast viscosity of the low shear rate. As the elevation increase, the normal index value of female whole blood contrast viscosity of the low shear rate also increase gradually. By the method of mathematical regression analysis, five formulae of univariate regression equations and a formula of maltivariate regression equation are given. If geographic index valaus are obtained in some place, the normal index value of female who blood contrast viscosity of the low shear rate in this area can be assessed according to the regression equation.
