摘 要:在文献综述的基础上,本文提出零售业态适应性概念。通过对全国35个城市限额以上连锁零售企业的实证研究发现,人口密度对超级市场适应性和便利店适应性均有显著的正向影响;就业水平对专卖店适应性有显著的正向影响;地区生产总值对超级市场适应性有显著的正向影响;工资水平对专业店适应性有显着的正向影响;人均城市道路面积对百货商店适应性有显著的正向影响。最后,对研究结果作进一步讨论,并给出了相应的政策意义。Based on the literature review, this article puts forward the concept of adaptation of retail format. By an empirical study on the chained retail sale enterprises above designed size of 35 cities in China, the research finds that the density of population has a distinctively positive effect on the adaptation of the supermarket and the convenience store, and that the level of employment has a distinctively positive effect on the adaptation of the monopolistic store. It also finds that the regional gross domestic product and salary level has a distinctively positive effect on the adaptation of the supermarket and the specialty store respectively and that per urban road has a distinctively positive effect on the adaptation of department store. The article finally carries on a lengthy discussion about the research result, and proposes the corresponding policy implications.
