摘　　要：本文对国内学科馆员发展方向的研究进行了综述,提出学科馆员的发展目标是"学科文献专家"的观点,并就有培养自主研究能力的学科馆员提出一些意见。The author summarizes the study on developing target of subject librarians in China. The developing target of subject librarians is the viewpoints of ＂expert of subject documents＂. Soroe suggestions are put forward in developing subject librarians with self-research ability.
