摘　　要：数字信息长期保存的复杂挑战使得构建国家层面数字保存的框架体系成为必须。本文论述了框架体系构建的法定基础和现实基础,构建了我国完整的数字保存框架体系,描述了保存原则、管理机构以及各组成部分的工作内容,为我国数字保存行动的全面进行提供了理论基础。It is indispensable to construct frame system of digital preservation because of the long-term complex challenge of digital preservation. This article discusses the legal foundation and the practical foundation of constructing the frame system. Then the author constructs integrated frame system of digital preservation of China and describes the preservation principle, the administrative organization as well as the work of each constitution, which provides a theoretical basis for a total performance of Chinese digital preservation.
